How is the dominant element calculated?
We tally the elements of the signs your main planets and points occupy — the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and your Ascendant when a birth time is given. Each placement adds to its element’s count, and the highest total is your dominant element. We show the full balance, not just the winner.
What if my elements are evenly balanced, or one is missing?
A balanced spread means you draw on several temperaments fairly evenly. A missing or very low element is also meaningful — it often points to a quality you have to consciously cultivate, since it does not come as naturally. The full breakdown shows both your strengths and your gaps.
