Bidirectional rulership
A term from astrology, defined plainly — and shown in context in your chart.
Definition
The rule that a ruler's relationship with its origin sign goes both ways. The ruler carries the origin sign's full content (planets, aspects, conditions) forward to wherever it sits, AND the host house inherits the origin's content as part of its own reading.
