Definition
Declination-based relationships: - Parallel: two planets with the same declination on the same side of the celestial equator. Same temporal-frequency band; cooperate by synchronization. - Contraparallel: same declination magnitude, opposite sides. Mirrored alignment across the dimensional axis.
