How to Add Astrologer to Your Phone’s Home Screen
Astrologer works as an installable web app on iPhone, iPad, and Android. Adding it to your home screen gives it its own icon, opens it in an app-like window, and puts your charts one tap away.
Step by step
- Open Astrologer on your phone. Visit astrologerapp.org in Safari on iPhone or iPad, or in Chrome on Android, and sign in to your account.
- Open the browser menu. On iPhone or iPad, tap the Share button. On Android, tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
- Choose the install option. On iPhone or iPad, tap “Add to Home Screen.” On Android, tap “Add to Home screen” or “Install app,” depending on your device.
- Confirm the installation. Keep the name Astrologer, tap Add or Install, and the Astrologer icon will appear on your home screen.
- Open Astrologer like an app. Launch it from the new home-screen icon. It will open in its own app-like window with one-tap access to your workspace.
Installing on iPhone or iPad
Apple installs web apps through Safari. If “Add to Home Screen” is not visible immediately, scroll through the Share menu or tap “Edit Actions” to add it.
Installing on Android
Chrome may show either “Install app” or “Add to Home screen.” Both options create an Astrologer icon and launch the site in an app-like window.
Using the desktop application
Astrologer also offers native desktop applications for macOS and Windows. Visit the Downloads page to choose the installer for your computer.

Can I remove it later?
Yes. Remove the icon the same way you would remove another app; your Astrologer account and saved data are not deleted.
