Scrubbing time against price

The time scrubber moves the sky forward and backward while the price history stays on screen, so you can watch which transits coincided with which moves rather than reconstructing dates by hand afterwards. This is the part that makes the work tractable: the question is almost always "what was overhead when this happened", and answering it should take seconds.
