Astrologer App

Astrologer for Zoom

Connect your Zoom account to Astrologer and every session a client books with you gets its own scheduled Zoom meeting on your account. This guide covers adding the app, using it, removing it, and what data it keeps.

Adding the app

Sign in to Astrologer, open Settings, go to Booking & Calendar and press Connect Zoom. Zoom asks you to allow Astrologer to create, update and delete the meetings it makes for your bookings and to read your Zoom user profile. Press Allow and you return to Astrologer with Zoom connected. Automatic Zoom meetings are part of the Practitioner and Professional plans.

Using the app

Set Where sessions happen, by default, to Zoom (or pick Zoom for one session type). When a booking is confirmed, Astrologer creates a scheduled Zoom meeting for it on your account and puts the join link in the confirmation email, the calendar invite and the reminders. Rescheduling a session moves its meeting; cancelling deletes it. Astrologer only changes or deletes meetings it created.

Removing the app

Press Disconnect on the Zoom card in Settings, Booking & Calendar, or remove Astrologer Connector in the Zoom App Marketplace under Manage, Added Apps. Either way we delete your stored Zoom tokens and account details. New bookings then use the built-in video room or a link you paste.

Data

We store your Zoom user ID, account ID and email, encrypted OAuth tokens, and the ID and join link of each meeting we create. Zoom data is never sent to AI providers, never used for training or advertising, and never sold.
