Astrologer Client CRM

Astrologer includes a client CRM that links each client record to their charts, notes, and session history.

A practising astrologer keeps client records somewhere — usually a spreadsheet and a separate calendar. Astrologer keeps them attached to the chart.

The client record

Every client has one record holding their birth data, saved charts, private notes, tags, follow-up reminders, and the history of every session you have had with them. Opening a returning client puts their chart and your last set of notes in front of you in one action, instead of a search through old files to remember what you discussed eight months ago.

Notes that stay with the chart

Notes attach to the client and to specific charts, so an observation about a transit you flagged last year is still sitting on that transit when it comes round again. Tags group clients however you work — by focus, by referral source, by cadence — and follow-up reminders surface people you meant to check in with.

Email and follow-ups

Astrologer can send follow-up emails and campaigns from your own reply-to address, with a template library for the messages practitioners send repeatedly. Sending is deliberately conservative: the system is built around segments and a review queue rather than bulk blasts, because a client list is a relationship and spam ends it.

Where the data lives

Client records are private to your account and enforced at the database level rather than by the interface. Deleting a client removes their records and associated data.
