Booking and payment

You publish a booking page with your availability, session types, and prices. Clients pick a slot and pay at the time of booking, which removes the two most tedious parts of running a practice: the scheduling exchange and chasing payment afterwards. Calendar connections keep your real availability in sync so you are not double-booked, and you can use your own meeting link or connect Zoom.

The live session

During a reading the client sees your chart view in their own browser, synced in real time: cursor position, the drawings you make on the wheel, and the view mode you switch to. You can annotate the chart while you talk and the client sees the annotation as you make it, which is the difference between describing a configuration and pointing at it. The connection self-heals if either side's network drops, because a reading that silently stops updating halfway through is worse than no sharing at all.

Recording and transcripts

Sessions can be recorded and are transcribed afterwards, then filed against the client record with the charts you used. Recording is offline-first: audio is captured locally and uploaded after, so a network problem mid-reading does not cost you the recording. Pausing genuinely stops the recorder and releases the microphone rather than recording silence, so the file length matches the reading length.
