Astrologer Astrocartography

Astrologer maps astrocartography lines worldwide and generates location readings for any place on the map.

Astrocartography plots where each planet's angular lines fall across the world map, so you can see which places activate which parts of the chart.

The map

Astrologer renders planetary lines — Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven, and IC for every body — on an interactive world map in both flat and globe projections. Lines are drawn from the chart's own calculations rather than approximated, and you can toggle bodies on and off to read a crowded region. Paran lines and local space lines are available alongside the standard four angle lines.

Relocation

Any chart can be relocated to any city, which recasts the angles for that longitude and latitude while leaving the planetary positions untouched. That distinction matters and is a common source of error: relocation moves only the angles and houses, never the planets, and a relocated chart that shows shifted planetary degrees has been calculated wrongly.

Location readings

Hovering or selecting a place produces a live preview wheel for that location, and Astrologer can generate a reading for a specific place grounded in the lines that actually cross it and how close they run. The reading names the lines it is drawing on, so it can be checked against the map rather than taken on faith — and it is written about real places, with their actual geography and character, rather than as generic line descriptions.

Working with a goal

Astrocartography is usually consulted with a question attached — where to work, where to rest, where a relationship might go differently. Astrologer lets you set the goal first and surfaces the lines and locations relevant to it, rather than presenting every line on Earth and leaving you to filter.

Frequently asked questions

Does Astrologer include astrocartography?

Yes. Astrologer plots astrocartography lines on an interactive world map in flat and globe projections, supports relocation to any city, and generates readings for specific locations.

Does relocating a chart change the planets?

No. Relocation changes only the angles and house cusps. Planetary positions are fixed by the moment of birth and do not move when a chart is relocated.

Can Astrologer show paran and local space lines?

Yes. Astrologer plots paran lines and local space lines alongside the standard Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven, and IC planetary lines.
